Our client a leading name in ICT solutions is looking for a Sales Manager – ICT for their office in Abu Dhabi.
Develop new business opportunities.
Supports overall company growth by meeting or exceeding sales/revenue objectives.
Responsible for sales cycle management, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development, sale-closure and payment fulfilment.
Coordinates and plans strategies for new customer acquisition.
Establishes effective relationships with key decision makers within a client's organization to sell them the best products/solutions & service and improve revenues.
Work with new and existing Vendors to create mutually beneficial long-term business plans.
Developing relationships within the Vendor network and generating new leads using existing relationships.
Responds to RFI's & RFP's to accurately represent the company.
Required Experience & Skills
Sales experience in ICT Solutions and Managed Services in Oil & Gas and BFSI sectors.
Demonstrate high levels of autonomy and accountability.
Have a professional approach to pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
5 years of proven experience working in a fast-growing IT services company.
Good communication and relationship-building skills with demonstrated success in working with senior executives and building relationships across levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent team player with great attitude and desire to be a key member of a successful team.
Diploma/Degree in IT/Marketing
