Our client, a real estate & investments company based in Dubai is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic Sales Manager to lead their Passport and Citizenship department.
· Lead daily & monthly planning to deliver sales goals.
· Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
· Meeting planned monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
· Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
· Ensure ongoing training of the sales team.
· Creating and maintaining relationships with agents
· Must-Have at least 5 years of relevant experience to develop business in passports and citizenships by investment.
· Experienced at dealing with CRM systems particularly Salesforce an advantage.
· Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic.
· Leadership attitude and good communication skills.
· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
· Experience in customer relationship management.
· Experience managing and directing a sales team.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Dedication to providing great customer service.
· Goal-Oriented Focus.
· MBA qualified.
