Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager - Medical Insurance with a strong background in HR management, medical insurance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and medical insurance practices, and be capable of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals. This role requires a high level of people management skills, critical thinking, and the ability to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

·         Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for both immediate and future hiring needs.

·         Ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent by offering competitive compensation and benefits packages.

·         Develop and implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.

·         Design, implement, and track training and development programs aimed at improving employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance.

·         Manage and oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and professional development plans.

·         Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

·         Stay informed on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant.

·         Ensure all HR documentation and records are maintained and kept up-to-date.

·         Manage the organization’s compensation structure and benefit programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with the company’s goals.

·         Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate compensation and benefits distribution.

·         Work with external vendors and partners to negotiate benefits offerings, including medical insurance, pension plans, and wellness programs.

·         Develop HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals and objectives.

·         Collaborate with leadership to forecast HR needs, succession planning, and workforce development.

·         Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, employee productivity, and employee well-being initiatives.

·         Measure and analyze HR effectiveness using metrics related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and performance.

·         Generate and present HR reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

·         Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and equipped to succeed in their roles.

Qualifications:

·         Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HR field, with at least 5 years specifically focused on managing medical insurance programs within the UAE.

·         Proven track record of managing employee health benefits programs, including medical insurance, and implementing HR strategies.

·         Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws, healthcare regulations, and medical insurance practices.

·         Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage relationships with external vendors.

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively manage employee inquiries and concerns.

·         Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed, data-driven choices in high-pressure situations.

·         Ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs in alignment with organizational goals.

·         Proficiency in HR software and benefits management platforms; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

·         In-depth understanding of HR metrics and the ability to use data to improve HR strategies.
