Our client, a software company is looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager. As a Digital Marketing Manager, candidate will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important to their company's success, incumbent will play a crucial role in achieving their business goals and objectives. The desired candidate should have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels.


Responsibilities include:

• Build, plan, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy (SEO/SEM, Marketing Database, Email, social media, Display Advertising Campaigns, Google AdWords etc.,)

• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

• Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Oversee all the company's social media accounts

• Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content

• Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports

• Build an inbound marketing plan

• Research and forecast future sales and performance trends

• Manage and train the rest of the team

• Lead, supervise, and motivate members of the digital marketing team

• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

• Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement

• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices


Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s preferred in marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field

• 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager

• Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools, website analytics tools and best practices

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Great interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
