A company involved in procurement and distribution of high quality food items and consumables requires a General Manager with at least 10 years of experience in leading a business unit. Incumbent will be responsible for designing policies and procedures, overseeing overall business operations and managing the resources to drive higher profit margin. Align budgets, spend cycles and reporting KPI’s.Devise and execute the revenue generation plan. Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies. Lead all matters and functions that relate to Corporate Governance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Legal, Public Affairs, Information Technology and Office Space. Maintaining and monitoring staffing, levels, knowledge and skills, expectations and motivation to fulfill organizational requirements. Driving performance measures for the operation (efficiency and productivity), in the form of dashboards convenient for review of high-level key indicators. Must be a Master’s degree Holder and should have good exposure in FMCG or distribution and service industry.
