The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may affect project timelines or costs.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7–15 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
