Our client, a prominent name in Real Estate is seeking to hire a Head of Sales for their office based in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be leading the company towards driving the growth, profitability, and success.
- You will be responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic direction, overseeing operations, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving financial performance.
- Provide strategic leadership and vision to guide the company's overall direction and growth.
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Build and nurture a high-performing executive team, providing guidance, mentor ship, and support.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Set performance goals and objectives for the executive team and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and industry professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments and teams within the organization.
- Make informed decisions, take appropriate actions to address challenges, and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums to enhance the company's reputation and brand.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes and systems to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Education & other requirements:
- Bachelor/MBA Degree in any vertical
- 10 – 15 years relevant experience in Senior Sales role or international consultancy, ideally with knowledge of the local real estate markets in the GCC region.
Salary: Up to AED 35000
Working hours/Days: 9am to 7pm / 5 days a week
