We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to help manage and improve the day-to-day activities of our company. This role will involve supporting various operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows, and assisting in the coordination of projects and processes across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
General Operations Support:
- Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.
- Help manage and organize company records, files, and documents.
- Support the coordination of logistics, supplies, and resources for the team.
Process Improvement & Coordination:
- Assist in tracking and improving operational processes and workflows.
- Help implement new systems and strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Track and update operational data, including inventory, supplies, and resources.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and any issues for management.
- Monitor key metrics and provide insights to help improve processes.
Project Assistance:
- Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives.
- Help schedule meetings, coordinate project tasks, and track progress.
- Assist in managing project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Customer and Vendor Communication:
- Communicate with vendors, clients, or customers to address inquiries or issues.
- Assist in processing orders, deliveries, and vendor invoices.
- Support customer service efforts when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
