OPERATIONS ASSISTANT   (34200)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to help manage and improve the day-to-day activities of our company. This role will involve supporting various operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows, and assisting in the coordination of projects and processes across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

General Operations Support:

  • Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Help manage and organize company records, files, and documents.
  • Support the coordination of logistics, supplies, and resources for the team.

Process Improvement & Coordination:

  • Assist in tracking and improving operational processes and workflows.
  • Help implement new systems and strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure deadlines and goals are met.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Track and update operational data, including inventory, supplies, and resources.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and any issues for management.
  • Monitor key metrics and provide insights to help improve processes.

Project Assistance:

  • Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives.
  • Help schedule meetings, coordinate project tasks, and track progress.
  • Assist in managing project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

Customer and Vendor Communication:

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, or customers to address inquiries or issues.
  • Assist in processing orders, deliveries, and vendor invoices.
  • Support customer service efforts when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
