Our client, an international shipping company is looking for a Legal Manager to be based in DAFZA, Dubai.

The candidate should have a legal background in power or shipping industry and industrial law.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Will be responsible for reviewing contracts and coordinating within the company with our various teams. 

•Responsible for drafting legal documents that will be used in different countries outside the UAE. Preferably with experience or knowledge of Africa law.

•The candidate will be solely based out of Dubai.

•Has a strong commercial background that can help advise with the legal structuring of various contracts which benefits the company.

Key Qualifications and Experience: 

• Fluent in English, both written and oral

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law

• Minimum of 15 years of legal experience
