Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estimation Manager to lead the estimating and tendering function for major civil, infrastructure, building, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete bid and estimation process, ensuring the preparation of accurate, competitive, and commercially viable proposals that support the company's strategic growth objectives.

- Lead and manage all estimation and tendering activities for large-scale construction projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, contracts, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, pricing schedules, and bid submissions.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining project profitability.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and project teams during bid preparation.
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Analyze project risks, opportunities, and commercial implications during the tender stage.
- Monitor market trends, material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor pricing.
- Conduct value engineering and cost optimization exercises.
- Participate in client meetings, technical clarifications, negotiations, and pre-award discussions.
- Establish and maintain estimating databases, historical cost records, and benchmarking systems.
- Mentor and manage estimation engineers and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in construction estimation and tendering.
- At least 10 years of experience in an Estimation Manager role leading large-scale bids and proposals.
- Previous working experience in Saudi Arabia with strong knowledge of local construction markets.
- Extensive experience with EPC contractors and Main Contracting companies.
