Job Summary:
One of our clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for General Manager, who will lead the company business across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, customer experience and Tribe culture as the business rapidly scales.
As the senior in-market leader, the General Manager will be responsible for overall business performance, delivery of the P&L, venue KPI’s, leadership of the KSA team structure and supporting expansion across the Kingdom. This role will work closely with Dubai HQ and regional leaders to build company into one of the most loved freestyle entertainment brands in KSA.

- Build and lead a scalable KSA organizational structure capable of supporting rapid venue expansion.
- Develop strong leaders and succession pipelines across the Kingdom.
- Drive effective communication and alignment across venues, functions and Dubai HQ.
- Operate effectively within a matrix reporting structure with strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Be a visible and hands-on leader across the business, spending regular time in venues with customers and Tribe.

- Commercial Performance & Profitability
- Own and deliver the KSA P&L, venue KPI’s and annual budgets.
- Drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth across all operating venues.
- Analyse business KPI’s including sales, labour, occupancy, customer satisfaction and profitability, implementing action plans to improve performance.
- Manage expenses and ensure controllable costs remain in line with budgets.
- Lead commercial planning and forecasting processes across the KSA business.
- Drive long-term profitability while balancing customer experience, culture and growth.

- Market Expansion & Strategic Initiatives
- Partner with the Business Development team on venue expansion opportunities across the Kingdom.
- Support site selection, landlord engagement, negotiations and venue rollout planning.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, government entities, tourism bodies, schools and strategic partners.
- Support successful delivery of new venue openings and expansion projects.
- Develop a deep understanding of Saudi consumer behaviour and entertainment trends to support growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the long-term growth strategy for both company and future company opportunities across KSA.
- Operations & Customer Experience
- Ensure all venues consistently deliver the company experience and maintain brand standards.
- Lead operational excellence across safety, service, cleanliness, customer flow and venue presentation.
- Create systems, processes, dashboards and reporting rhythms that support scalable growth.
- Ensure every venue delivers an environment where customers feel welcomed, free, supported and inspired to progress.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to strengthen customer satisfaction and advocacy.
- Drive consistency and operational discipline across all venues.
- People & Culture
- Build and lead the KSA central support structure across Operations, Finance, People & Culture, Sales and Marketing.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, development and retention of high-performing Tribe members.
- Drive Saudization initiatives and support the development of local leadership capability.
- Foster a strong feedback culture with regular coaching, development planning and performance conversations.
- Ensure all KSA labour laws, policies and operational standards are consistently followed.
- Recognise and celebrate great performance while addressing issues quickly and constructively.
- Create a culture where people feel connected, empowered and motivated to grow.
- Safety & Compliance
- Champion safety as a non-negotiable across every venue and business function.
- Ensure compliance with all KSA legal, labour, municipal and operational requirements.
- Ensure venues are operating safely with all training, maintenance and compliance requirements completed.
- Communicate and implement operational and safety updates across the business.
- Protect the integrity and reputation of the company brand in the Kingdom.
Requirements:
- 15+ years leadership experience across multi-site consumer businesses including hospitality, entertainment, leisure and/or retail.
- Strong experience operating and scaling businesses within KSA.
