Job Summary:
One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Retail Investment & Leasing Manager, who is responsible for selling retail units and structuring them as investment opportunities by combining units with potential tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Retail Sales (Priority)
•Sell retail units to investors and end buyers
•Position retail as an income-generating investment
•Support the Sales team in closing retail deals
•Structure ROI-based offers and proposals
- 2. Investment Packaging
•Identify and secure potential tenants
•Create investment packages (unit + tenant + projected ROI)
•Work with Sales & Marketing to promote these packages
- 3. Tenant Sourcing & Leasing
•Source and negotiate with retail, F&B, and service operators
•Build a pipeline of tenants for current and future projects
- 4. Retail Strategy & Advisory
•Advise on layouts, zoning, and unit sizes
•Support tenant mix strategy aligned with project positioning
•Coordinate with design and development teams
- 5. Market & Business Development
•Identify trending concepts and retail opportunities
•Build relationships with brands, operators, and franchise groups
- 6. Reporting & Coordination
•Maintain pipelines for sales, tenants, and investment packages
•Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular updates

Requirements:
- •5+ years in retail real estate / leasing / commercial sales
- •Strong commercial mindset with deal-closing experience
- •Network of tenants, brands, or operators
- •Experience with developers is a plus
