Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations in a fast-paced marine and logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Handle visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with finance
- Ensure compliance with Labour Law and company policies
- Address employee grievances and support performance management
- Prepare HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount, etc.)
- Coordinate with PRO for government-related processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Labour Law
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
