Job Summary:

We are looking for entrepreneurs to build and scale new businesses across high-growth industries. Candidates will partner with an established investment group with active operations in the UAE, gaining access to capital, infrastructure, and strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and evaluate viable business opportunities aligned with market demand 
    • Develop comprehensive business plans, financial models, and go-to-market strategies 
    • Lead company setup, licensing, and operational structuring 
    • Establish and oversee day-to-day business operations 
    • Develop systems, processes, and operational frameworks 
    • Ensure effective resource allocation and cost optimization 
    • Drive sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives 
    • Identify growth opportunities and scale business operations 
    • Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and profitability 
    • Recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams 
    • Build a strong entrepreneurial and performance-driven culture 
    • Manage internal teams and external stakeholders 
    • Collaborate with investment partners and advisors 
    • Provide regular business updates and performance reports 
    • Ensure alignment with strategic goals and investment objectives

Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred) 
    • 3–10+ years of experience in business management, startups, or relevant industries 
    • Prior entrepreneurial or startup experience is highly preferred 
    • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach 
    • Excellent business planning and financial management skills 
    • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability 
    • Proven leadership and team management skills 
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
