Job Summary:

Our Client is a growing provider of hospitality solutions, offering innovative technology, consulting, and operational services to hotels, resorts, and F&B businesses across the GCC. Our mission is to help clients enhance guest experience, streamline operations, and maximize revenue.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in Jeddah. The role will focus on acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the company as a trusted partner within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups across Saudi Arabia
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, operators, and key decision-makers
    • Promote hospitality solutions, including technology, consulting, and operational services
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
    • Conduct market research on Saudi hospitality trends, competitors, and client needs
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
    • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
    • Proven experience in the hospitality industry or hospitality solutions/technology
    • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabia hospitality market
    • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
