As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE in order to achieve your sales target.
Manage and grow existing business with Banks, Financial Institutions, Government Entities and SMEs
Creation of customers through new business to maintain the targeted revenues
Autonomously run new business activities and plan customer meetings.
Manage Pan Emirates Accounts
Manage all the activities of the sales cycle with reference to the assigned clients’ portfolio.
Ensure the achievement of the assigned revenue goals by following the corporate managerial/operational guidelines
Develop the relationship with clients (i.e. recurring visits)
Collect information on new products/services and on commercial initiatives developed from competitors reporting clients’ feedback on them
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
8 to 10 years of experience in B2B Sales
Experience working in the Financial Services/ Banking sectors
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage with clients and guide them through their buying cycle
