Our client is a multinational IT solutions and distributor. They work with leading companies globally. 

The role invovles working in partnership with all divisional areas of the organization to provide training, support and influence that enables key stakeholders to effectively deliver their people plans. The person will be responsible for providing HR service that is focused on HR solutions to support the business.  The position of HR Business Partner is an integral part of the management team


Work with the wider HR team to ensure a cohesive, collaborative approach to HR across the EMEA region. Understand regional differentials and how to incorporate them in group wide projects.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Developing effective relationships, influencing and challenging the senior management team on their personal style and the development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area and HR strategies
  • Provide support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives to support implementation of the HR strategy, using expert knowledge of the business area. 
  •  Facilitate the creation of an implementation and communication plan into the local business area that achieves the agreed deliverables
  • Identify short, medium and long term resourcing issues. Build and maintain the local manpower plans
  • Build management responsibility and capability for managing employee relations issues and improve the effectiveness of consultation
  • Provide transformational advice on change management initiatives, organizational  and departmental restructures , job role design and talent management  

Pre - requisites:

  • Min 5 years experience as an HR Manager with a Bachelors degree in Human resource or Business Management. Additional qualifications such as CIPD or SHRM is an advantage. 
  • Up to date knowledge of current and future employment legislation and best practice
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of equality and diversity issues
  • Knowledge of employee relations issues, policies and procedures
  • Ability to review financial data, analytics, business informatics to contribute to organization discussions on future strategic or tactical initiatives
