One the leading Business School requires Corporate Relations Head with 10-12 yrs of work experience in managing excellent (preferably) HR and Business contacts with the corporate in the UAE/Gulf.
The Office of Corporate Relations is responsible for Securing company projects, Job placements and Internship opportunities for students; Consulting assignments, Executive Education Programs and Continuing education tie-ups for Business School. The person is expected to have his own extensive corporate connects for the above mentioned responsibilities, besides building and enhancing the existing network of Business School. The Corporate Relations department is responsible for conducting campus recruitment and career fairs, seminars and skill acquisition workshop to enhance the employability skills of students.
Ownership and responsible for the placements of the students in Business School – Short Term Projects, Internships and Final job offers.
Own revenue targets for executive development programs and consulting assignments with the corporates.
Fully own and manage Alumini relationships by conducting various events and enhancing symbiotic engagement.
Build and maintain corporate relations with potential companies and the existing companies in the UAE/Gulf region with outcomes in terms of placements, executive programs and other activities benefiting the Business School.
Develop strategies and execute the plans to promote and increase co-operation between Business School and the corporates.
Ensure the employability skills of the students are as per the requirements in the UAE/Gulf.
Organize Career Fairs in the campus for the students.
Organize talks and seminars in the campus from the corporates.
Organize Admissions Fairs for corporates’ employees.
Conduct CXO-level meetings with the corporates for the CEO of Business School.
Budget and monitor the utilization of funds with respect to fulfillment of the initiative of corporate relations.
Set KRAs for the direct reports and conduct performance appraisals.
Maintain superior knowledge and awareness of HR/Recruitment matters with latest developments/trends.
Display a high degree of professionalism and integrity as befitting the position.
Establish and maintain close working relationships with all departments at Business School to ensure maximum cooperation and productivity.
Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to fellow employees.
Pro-actively take responsibilities of colleagues during their absence.
Take responsibility for own personal development in line with agreed annual performance objectives.
