Our client is one of the most established conglomerates present in UAE since past 45 years, and is looking forward to hiring a native Arabic speaking Sales Engineer (Elevators preferable or Construction) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Reporting to: DGM
·Responsible for selling company products by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities and features, developing and qualifying buyers, closing sales.
·Generating leads and must have strong connects in government sector, developers and contractors who are coming up with mega projects of hotels, entertainment cities, mega malls and airports.
·Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
·Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
·Scout new areas for enquiry. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
·Submission of offer on time and preparing weekly and monthly reports.
·Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
·Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
·Understanding and promoting company programs.
·Maintain up-to-date customer database with the required information Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
·Market visit to dealers and establish new connections with new corporate and government sections.
·Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
·Prepare periodic reports as requested by the Area Manager.
·Maintains a prospect development system.
·Report customer’s feedback to management.
·Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is highly preferred.
·Incumbents must hold strong Research and analytical skills
·The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
·Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
·Strong interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills are desired.
·Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
