Our client is one of the most established organisations in Electronics brands present in UAE since last 45+ years is looking forward to hiring a Head of E-commerce & Digital Marketing for their Electronics division.

The role is responsible to develop and manage digital marketing, creative and communications strategies and programs to maximize web traffic and sales from B2B and B2C through integrated marketing efforts. Manage brand development, online customer experience, optimize reach & web traffic, drive customer acquisition & retention initiatives, and demand generation programs.At least last 5+ years of experience is required for the same.


Duties and Responsibilities 

Lead, build, and execute new revenue growth opportunities such as identifying digital marketing trends, new technologies, and evolving best practices.

Knowledge of all digital marketing tools.

Manage website (content, web development, merchandising product launches etc) including owning the ecommerce technology roadmap and recommending functional launches and tools to help elevate and grow ecommerce business. 

Understand customer purchase funnel, seeking opportunities to drive new business while maintaining and keep existing customers happy. 

Grow digital acquisition & revenue by developing strategies and leading execution to drive traffic, conversion and ROI for all ecommerce acquisition channels. Identify the best opportunities for growth and the greatest challenges holding us back. 

Lead execution of in-market content plans, own content calendar and promo activities, mentor team in execution of digital marketing channels such as email, social media, mobile app push notifications. 

Develop new strategies by studying new trends.

Increases marketing effectiveness by identifying long-term and short-term goals Strategize to increase performance (ROI) through insights. 

Brainstorm for new growth strategies. 

Strong analytical skills to understand and enhance the customer experience throughout the marketing funnel Develop and drive internal/external facing product management strategy for domains related to public client, and employee experiences. 

Develop business proposals and roadmaps for digital products and overarching change initiatives that touch the digital space. 

Monitor the website analytics function and help drive that function for other capabilities within marketing and the firm. 

Build and manage the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing budget and forecast - achieving/exceeding monthly/annual plans by managing key performance levers of digital marketing spend, traffic, conversion and AOV.

Supervise creation, development, and management of visual and textual content for organization’s web presence and define standards for retailers to comply while uploading their contents on the web to ensure consistently high quality contents are promoted to the web. 

Be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance and digital brand marketing of the E-commerce platform. 

Deliver a strategic approach in driving ongoing traffic and promotions to generate sales revenues and build brand awareness across different markets. 

Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
