Our client, a leading group aimed in the hospitality industry is looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager for their Fujairah division. 


  • Work Closely with the management to achieve Business Goals and objective.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of outlets and report to management
  • Hands on outlets setup in terms of pre-opening tasks
  • Oversee and implement training plans of staff across all outlets
  • Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
  • Assist in recruiting the right members for every brand
  • Ensure all outlets run smoothly and complies with safety regulations
  • Familiar with suppliers in UAE market and overseas
  • Plan and implement environmentally sustainable work practices
  • Provide advice and guidance on issues relating to training as required
  • Check on outlets in a regular basis to make sure they are perfectly operating
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Conducting outlets review and creating detailed reports for management
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Promote and practices safe work habits, reporting potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and team member incidents to the management.
  • Investigate team member accidents, carry out initial enquiry to determine root cause in the interest of maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Create and keep a healthy and comfortable working environment for staff at outlet level
  • Monitor and ensure quarterly maintenance is conducted across all outlets
  • Manage stock control and inventory levels and report to management
  • Monitoring project performance and report management
  • Stay up to date with market trends and bring new ideas to implement
  • Communicate with the marketing department and oversee campaigns execution
  • Establish events calendar and prepare all outlets to launch specific promotions according to the occasion
  •  Prepare yearly and budget forecasts for outlets
  • Ensure all outlets look presentable as per brand guidelines
  •  Maintain records of revenue across outlets and implement activations to increase revenue
  • Carry out pre-opening tasks across new upcoming projects
  •  Establish and enforce sales targets given by management across outlets
  • Daily and weekly meet-up with outlet managers to ensure company policies and standards are implemented
  • Monitor online reviews and ratings for all brands and ensure they are up to standards
  • Implement necessary SOP’s across outlets to ensure standardization and smooth operation
  • Maintain levels of excellent customer service across all outlets and handle customer complaints personally
  • Oversee any catering, VIP event, or pop up for any outlet
  • Keep operational cost across outlets on budget and suggest methods to save cost
  • Monitor and implement customer satisfaction activities across all outlets


  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality and Certification
  • Minimum of 5 years in Food & Beverage Manager role or similar role
  • Previous experience in managing several outlets
  •  Previous knowledge in various computer software such as word, excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems
  • Experience in Outlet Pre-Opening and setup
  • Previous experience in licensed outlets
  • Good Organizational, Leadership, decision making, problem solving and Interpersonal skills
  • Be able to prioritize workload
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Must have excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  •  Capable of delegating multiple tasks
